TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions are linked to the contract between yourself and the Hotel with regards to your reservation.
Your reservation on this page is on condition of your acceptance of the terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any aspect, you should not continue with the reservation. Once the reservation has been finalized, this means that you have understood and accepted the terms and conditions. If there is any part which you do not understand, or you wish to consult us about, please do not hesitate to get in touch with ourselves.
Authorization: The person making the booking guarantees that he/she is of adult age and has the authority to use the Intertur Hotels website and accepts the legal obligations relating to any responsibility resulting from the use of the Intertur Hotels website. He/she guarantees that all personal information provided during the reservation process is correct.
Reservation: In order to make a reservation, please complete all the fields (some of which are compulsory) and pay the deposit requested continuing with the reservation. The person making the reservation should have the consent of all the persons pertaining to that booking, thus confirming that all these people agree to the terms and conditions of the reservation. He/she will also be the person responsible for informing them of the confirmation of the booking. The person making the booking is responsible for the total cost of the booking or any cancellation charges.
On confirming the reservation on our website, Intertur Hotels will confirm your reservation by e-mail and will provide you with a booking reference, which you will be able to print out in order to produce to the Hotel on arrival.
The reservation will show the following:
• The name of the Hotel within our chain of Hotels where you have made the reservation.
• Dates of arrival and departure.
• Type of accommodation booked.
• Board basis booked.
• Number of persons, including adults and children.
• Cost of the stay as per previous details, including VAT.
• In accordance with the law 2/2016, 30th March 2016, the tax relating to the tourist accommodation in the Balearic Islands will come in to force as from the 1st July 2016 and is not included in the price.The amount of tax for people as from 16 years old staying in a four star hotel will be 1.65 euros per person and per day, and the amount for 3 star hotels and apartments of 2 and 3 key ratings will be 1.10 euros per person per day. Under 16¨s will be exempt from paying this tax. Stays from the Ist November until the 30th Abril will have a 50% discount, likewise long stays in the same accommodation will have a 50% discount after the 9th day.
• Transfers between the airport and the Hotel or from other departure points.
• Cost of safety deposit boxes.
• Extra services (excursions, meals etc.) which are not included in the reservation and should be requested directly to the Hotel.
Payment: At the time of making the reservation a 15% deposit will be charged to your credit card. All transactions made on this system are done through a secure banking system. The bank guarantees that all credit card information will not be intercepted in any way, and will be sent directly to the bank responsible for the process of payment of the client. Intertur Hotels only keeps on record the last 4 digits of the credit card to check against the original card on arrival. No other credit card details are kept on record. The only person able to pay for the reservation by credit card is the person whose lead name is on the booking and he/she will have to make themselves known to reception on arrival at the Hotel.
The balance will be paid directly to the Hotel on arrival. The Hotel will produce an invoice on your departure from the Hotel, which will show the total amount paid.
Cancellations: You may cancel your booking up to 1 day prior to your arrival at the Hotel without incurring cancellation charges. In this case, you can cancel directly on our Website by introducing your reference number or alternatively you should send us an e-mail cancelling the booking to the e-mail address indicated on this page or by fax to 971 469018. Immediately after, we will arrange to refund the deposit paid. Any bank charges incurred due to the cancellation will be at the expense of the client.
If you cancel your reservation in less than 1 day of your arrival, the Hotel will retain the 15% deposit of the total reservation price as compensation.
To amend your booking, you must make a request by e-mail or fax to our Head Office, who will confirm or reject your booking depending on availability. The Hotel agree to do all they can to meet your amendment requests.
Complaint: If you have any complaint you must advise reception immediately or failing this to our Head Office in order for us to take the necessary measures to solve the problem. Intertur Hotels is not responsible for any damage or financial loss caused due to oversight or neglect by third parties.
Amendments: Intertur Hotels reserves the right to amend the actual terms and conditions at any time and without previous warning, and you accept these terms and conditions when using this website.
Jurisdiction: Any lawsuit deriving from the interpretation, execution or rendering of the services will be settled via the arbitration of one or more arbitrators within the framework of the Spanish Arbitration Courts, pursuant to their statutes and Arbitration Regulations of the United Nations commission for International Mercantile Law. Should the intervention of Courts or Tribunals be necessary, the parties waive any other privilege which might correspond to them, subjecting themselves to the jurisdiction of the Palma de Mallorca Courts and Tribunals.

INTERTUR HOTELS is constituted by a group of companies comprising SERVICIOS DE LA INDUSTRIA TURISTICA S.L. (Head Offices - Hotel Miami Ibiza – Apartmentos Miami Ibiza), HOTEL HAWAII IBIZA S.L. (Hotel Hawaii Ibiza), INSTALACIONES Y TALLERES S.L. (Palmanova Bay) and EDILOCAL S.L. (Hotel Hawaii & Suites)
In order to be able to book the products and services offered via this website, users are required to provide the personal details specified on the registration form.
Pursuant to the terms and conditions of Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data, you are hereby informed that your personal details will be included on files controlled by the company SERVICIOS DELA INDUSTRIATURISTICAS.L.
Said files are duly registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency and meet all security measures required by the Spanish Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD).
The data are processed with the objective of handling customer relations, including accounting, tax and administrative issues, administering the services requested by customers, as well as for commercial and marketing research purposes (offers, proposals or information about our hotels).
You are likewise informed that the personal details shall be transferred to INTERTUR HOTELS group companies (listed above), in order to comply with the objectives referred to previously.
By continuing with the process, you shall be understood to be giving your consent to all of the above until you give written revocation thereof.
Should any of your details change, we would be grateful if you would duly inform us in writing for the purpose of maintaining your details up-to-date.
You are entitled to access, rectify, oppose or cancel (1) at any time the details that refer to your person and are included on our database by writing to the Data Controller at the following address:
